Precision TIG Welding
High-accuracy TIG welding for critical engineered components requiring controlled penetration, clean profiles, dimensional stability, and dependable structural performance in demanding marine defence applications.
Wintegral Engineering delivers precision TIG welding for naval and marine defence equipment where clean joints, controlled penetration, and dependable structural integrity matter. From corrosion-resistant stainless steel and aluminium assemblies to titanium and thin-wall components, our team supports demanding development, repair, and production requirements with documented welding parameters, careful heat control, and inspection-focused workmanship for India’s defence manufacturing supply chain.

Precision GTAW solutions for marine defence assemblies, prototypes, critical joints, and production-ready components.
High-accuracy TIG welding for critical engineered components requiring controlled penetration, clean profiles, dimensional stability, and dependable structural performance in demanding marine defence applications.
Manual GTAW supports aluminium, stainless steel, and titanium defence components where qualified operator control, documented procedures, and customer-specific quality requirements are essential.
Fine-scale TIG welding for delicate, thin, and miniature components, using tightly controlled heat input to minimise distortion while protecting fit, function, and metallurgical integrity.
Continuous GTAW seam welding for cylindrical and tubular components requiring uniform penetration, leak-tight performance, and reliable long-term service in high-integrity assemblies.
Flexible prototype and small-batch welding helps engineering teams validate materials, weld parameters, tolerances, and component performance before progressing to broader production.
Collaborative welding development includes trials, tooling input, process optimisation, documentation, and manufacturability iteration for complex naval and marine defence component programmes.
TIG welding provides the precise, low-contamination joining control needed for naval and marine defence equipment exposed to vibration, moisture, and demanding duty cycles. Wintegral Engineering evaluates the component material, joint geometry, tolerances, and production intent to select appropriate parameters and heat input. Our capabilities support stainless steel, aluminium, and titanium assemblies, from development-stage parts to small production batches, with an emphasis on clean weld profiles, repeatability, and functional integrity.

See how disciplined welding support helps manufacturers protect quality, schedules, and component performance.
A capable engineering partner for precision welding work where process control and practical support count.
TIG, laser, micro-plasma, and hybrid options help match each component to an appropriate joining method.
Internal controls and an average welding defect rate below one percent support consistent, inspection-ready workmanship.
Operating since 2011, we bring long-term precision welding knowledge to India’s demanding engineering supply chain.
From prototypes through small batches, Bengaluru and Pune facilities support practical coordination for critical manufacturing programmes.
Practical engineering support for precision welding requirements.
Wintegral Engineering has been building specialised repair and welding capability since its establishment in 2011. The company operates separate verticals for indexable cutting tool repair, mould, tool and die repair, and laser welding fabrication, bringing a broad technical perspective to complex component challenges. Its growth into a full-service micro-welding job-shop reflects a focus on economical repairs, timely delivery, and dependable workmanship. From facilities in Bengaluru and Pune, the team supports manufacturers that need controlled joining, restoration, and process-development assistance. For naval and marine defence equipment, this means a practical partner able to assess materials, geometry, heat sensitivity, and production intent before recommending an appropriate welding approach. Wintegral Engineering aims to help engineering teams protect component performance while keeping projects moving.
A 75% argon and 25% CO2 blend is generally intended for MIG or MAG welding of carbon steel, not conventional TIG welding. TIG welding normally uses pure argon for stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, and many precision applications because CO2 is reactive and can contaminate the tungsten electrode and weld pool. Shielding gas should be selected through procedure qualification for the specific material and joint.
