welding wires to ultra-fine diameters in a wide range of chemistries—giving us exceptional flexibility to
match the metallurgical requirements of diverse mould and die materials.
With deep metallurgical expertise and the capability to draw a wide variety of welding wires, Wintegral can
custom-engineer weld deposits tailored to specific applications. For instance, we can apply specialized weld
alloys to high-wear areas of a mould, delivering wear resistance superior to that of the original base
material.
On-Site Service
For very large moulds and dies that cannot be easily transported, we bring our specialized welding equipment directly to your facility. Our precision micro-welding process enables extremely fine material deposition, often requiring only manual finishing and eliminating the need for CNC machining. The result is faster repairs, lower costs, and minimal production downtime.
